How does Changer Pro offer competitive prices?

As Changer Pro is densely connected to major OTC and exchanges around the world, it can offer abundant liquidity to its users. Prices offered this way will be much more attractive than when businesses or retail traders go through only one specific exchange.
The OTC market where companies or institutions mainly trade is comparable to a wholesale market. As wholesale prices are often more competitive than retail prices, Changer Pro prices that link these prices can bring value to retail investors limited to accessing exchanges only.
What users need to pay special attention to is the depth of liquidity. The current price on the exchange may be more affordable than Changer Pro, but the amount that you can trade at that price is extremely limited. Changer Pro enables trading in meaningful amounts, at low prices. This is clearly Changer Pro’s advantage over exchanges.

Is the price shown in the trading box guaranteed?

No, it is not guaranteed. Although the current available price will be displayed for the quantity that the user enters, the actual executed price may slightly vary over the time the trade button is pressed, the transaction is sent, and then executed. You may think of it as a market order on the exchange.

Why is it that not many types of tokens can be traded?

Changer Pro is the world's first OTC Aggregator, focused on connecting OTCs. In the crypto OTC market, only a small number of tokens that have endured the test of time and proven to be in high demand are being traded.
For this reason, Changer Pro does not support a variety of new tokens. As new tokens, particularly DeFi tokens, are starting to be traded in the OTC market, Changer Pro will gradually expand and support other tokens.

Can transactions fail?

Yes, your transaction may not go through if there was not enough liquidity at the moment trade was attempted.
In this case, the trading box will show an error message. If the transaction fails repeatedly, it means that the amount of tokens in the desired trading pair is not currently available in the market, or due to high slippage, the system declines the transaction execution to protect the user.
We recommend that you try again at a later time or with a reduced transaction volume.

When are token deposits and withdrawals processed?

Token deposits in Changer Pro are automatically processed 24 hours a day. Withdrawals will be executed once a day by 10AM UTC for only the ones that have been requested by 8AM UTC that day. For withdrawal requests made after 8AM UTC, they will be passed over to the next day for processing.
Withdrawals are currently processed in batches once a day as all the negative balance assets of users must first be settled before the withdrawals. We plan to improve our withdrawal service so that they are automatically processed 24 hours a day like deposits.

Are DeFi prices also linked?

No, they have not been linked. Changer Pro currently covers CEX prices only. We plan to consolidate DEX prices in the first half of 2022.

Why hasn't my deposit been credited?

Transferring funds from an external platform to Changer involves three steps:
  • Withdrawal from the external platform
  • Blockchain network confirmation
  • Changer credits the funds to your account
An asset withdrawal marked as "Completed" or “Succeed” in the platform you're withdrawing your crypto from means that the transaction was successfully broadcast to the blockchain network. However, it might still take some time for that particular transaction to be fully confirmed and credited to the platform you’re withdrawing your crypto to. The amount of required “network confirmations” varies for different blockchains.
Due to possible network congestion, there might be a significant delay in processing your transaction. You may use the TXID (Transaction ID) to look up the status of the transfer of your assets by using a blockchain explorer like Etherscan.

I’ve made a withdrawal from Changer to another exchange/wallet, but I haven’t received my funds yet. Why?

Transferring funds from your Changer account to another exchange or wallet involves three steps:
  • Withdrawal request on Changer
  • Blockchain network confirmation
  • Deposit on the corresponding platform
Normally, a TXID (Transaction ID) will be generated within 30-60 minutes, indicating that Changer has successfully broadcasted the withdrawal transaction. However, it might still take some time for that particular transaction to be confirmed and even longer for the funds to be finally credited into the destination wallet. The amount of required “network confirmations” varies for different blockchains.
Due to possible network congestion, there might be a significant delay in processing your transaction. You may use the transaction ID (TXID) to look up the status of the transfer of your assets by using a blockchain explorer.

How do I check the transaction status on the blockchain?

Log in to your Changer account and click [History] - [Withdrawals] to view your cryptocurrency withdrawal record.
If the [Status] shows that the transaction is “Requested”, please wait for the confirmation process to be completed.
If the [Status] shows that the transaction is "Executed", you can click on the [TXID Number & Link] to check the transaction details.

Why can't I receive emails from Changer?

If you are not receiving emails sent from Changer, please follow the instructions below to check your email’s settings:

    Are you logged in to the email address registered to your Changer account? Sometimes you might be logged out of your email on your devices and hence can’t see Changer’s emails. Please log in and refresh.
  2. 2.
    Have you checked the spam folder of your email? If you find that your email service provider is pushing Changer emails into your spam folder, you can mark them as “safe” by whitelisting Changer’s email addresses.

Could I trade the Fiat currency?

No, not yet. However, Changer is preparing to handle fiat currencies and expects to be able to offer the service in the near future.

Does it support leveraged trading?

We typically support max 10x leveraged trading.
However, the service may be limited or not provided depending on the user’s nationality.
