Once you sign up, an email with a 6-digit code will be sent automatically to your email. When you enter this code, the login screen appears as shown below. The code is valid for 30 minutes, and if you don’t get an email, please check your spam box. If the email isn’t in your spam box, you can send the email by clicking the ‘Resend Email’ link on the screen above.

Understanding the Trading Screen

When you finish logging in for the first time on the screen above, you will see a somewhat unfamiliar screen as shown below. This screen is the trading screen that you’ll use the most often while using Changer.
When you look around, ‘Market’ on the left is the area for trading, ‘Balance’ on the right is the area that shows your asset status. There is no balance when you sign up for the first time, so you will be asked to deposit. Below is the ‘Recent Trades’ area. Once a trade is made, the trade details will appear in order from the latest on the top in this area.
Let’s take a look at the screen where active trading is happening. You can see the empty balance and trade details above.

Customer Identification/Know Your Customer (KYC)

Changer conducts a strict customer identification process to prevent customers who have difficulty using exchanges or OTC markets from trading indirectly through Changer.
This process may be a bit troublesome, but it’s to safely protect all members who trade at Changer, and helps Changer to secure good prices from more exchanges and OTC markets.
To verify identification to start trading, please click on the green ‘Verify Identity’ button at the top of the trading screen after logging in for the first time.
Once you click the ‘Verify Identity’ button, an address entry screen will come up as shown below. Here, enter your residential address and click Next.
After entering your address, you can select your account type whether you’re an individual member or a corporate member. After you select, a new screen will come up with an appropriate new member identification process according to the account type.
When you select ‘Individual Member,’ the screen below shows up in the new member identification window. Here, please enter your name in English, nationality, date of birth, gender, and upload a copy of your passport and a selfie of you holding your passport.
The copy of the passport and the selfie photo that you upload should be as shown in the examples below. When uploading a copy of your passport, you must take a photo or scan the page with your face and the page with your signature by opening up the passport. A selfie photo should be clear enough to identify your face with the photo and info on your passport.
After you’ve checked everything, please press the ‘Submit’ button to complete the identification process.
If you see the screen below, you have successfully applied for identification. The window closes automatically after 5 seconds.
When the identification application window closes, it returns to Changer’s screen as shown below. You can close Changer or leave it open for a while until the identification screening is complete. The screening will take within an hour for individual members and within 72 hours for corporate members. The review results will be notified by email.
Once the new member application is received, you will automatically receive an email stating that the screening has started as shown below.
The screening happens 24 hours regardless of weekdays/weekends. If there is a problem with the photo you submitted, you will be notified of the rejection as shown below. In this case, you can re-take a copy of your passport and a selfie, then proceed with the identification process again.
Screen showing rejection due to an unclear photo. Please apply again.
For corporate members, you are required to submit more materials than individual members. The following 7 mandatory documents and 1 conditional document (Proof of Address of the office address must be submitted if the corporate office address and registered address are different) must be prepared in advance to not exceed 5MB in one file format among JPG, PDF, and PNG and then uploaded.
Both individual and corporate members can safely and conveniently trade in the changer if they pass customer identification.
